| Description: | The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding products and services. He or She will also handle and resolve any complaints or concerns that the customer may have. |
| Duties: | � Communicate with customers via telephone and email to provide information about products and services.
� Responsible for handling Customer contracts which include, placing orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns for dissatisfied customers and completing follow-up items.
� Organize, plan and prioritize work load.
� Work on other assigned special projects as needed.

| Qualifications: | � Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
� Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills, email, internet usage, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and have ability to learn customer specific applications.
� Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company�s success.
