| Description: | Overstock.com, one of the world�s most recognizable e-commerce brands, is hosting a Job Fair on Tuesday,October 21rst from 10:00 am-05:00pm and Thursday, October 23rd from 10:00 am-1:00 pm.( our address is 1984 South 4800 West, Suite B, SLC Utah 84101)

How our customer service team contributes to Overstock�s success:
�Take care of customer contracts, which include placing orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns for dissatisfied customers and completing follow-up items
�Communicate with customers via phone, email and/or chat to provide information about products and services.
�Provide world-class customer service

| Duties: | � Communicate with customers via telephone and email to provide information about products and services.
� Responsible for handling Customer contracts which include, placing orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns for dissatisfied customers and completing follow-up items.
� Organize, plan and prioritize work load.
� Work on other assigned special projects as needed.

| Qualifications: | What we look for in a new team member:
�Proficient with email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite
�Ability to quickly pick-up on new customer service applications
�Great attitude and ability to connect with customers
�Inbound customer service experience is a bonus
� Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
� Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills, email, internet usage, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and have ability to learn customer specific applications.
� Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company�s success.
