| Description: | The Home Chat Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding products and services. He or She will also handle and resolve any complaints or concerns that the customer may have.
This position will be an at home based job where the agent will be communicating with cusomers via Chat.
This job will requires that the agent has access to high speed internet and their own computer.
Will be required to attend 5 weeks of training at our Phone Center located in Salt Lake City, UT

| Duties: | � Communicate with customers via internet chat and email to provide information about products and services.
� Responsible for handling Customer contracts which include, placing orders, reviewing existing order status, setting up returns for dissatisfied customers and completing follow-up items.
� Organize, plan and prioritize work load.
� Work on other assigned special projects as needed.

| Qualifications: | � Must have access to high speed internet and personal computer.
� Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
� Must be proficient with written communication skills, email, internet usage, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and have ability to learn customer specific applications.
� Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company�s success.
