| Description: | The Partner Care Associate will work to resolve partner related issues. Work with the CS and Partner Pay Support Teams along with suppliers to ensure that issues are resolved fairly and quickly.
The Partner Care Associate will help implement decisions and provide honest communication and feedback to his/her team and management. The Partner Care Associate will exemplify O.co�s core values and provide adaptive solutions and support where necessary.

| Duties: | * Assist partners in developing solutions and implementing plans of action in cases of non-compliance.
* Day-to-day support of suppliers� specific business needs.
* Ensure partner compliance with customer expectations. Provide support and training as necessary.
* Ensure partners understand all elements of their agreements. Clarify any points in detail to avoid supplier confusion.
* Train suppliers to use and understand reports, scorecards, and additional informational tools provided.
* Work with the CS and Partner Pay Support Teams along with suppliers to ensure that issues are resolved fairly and quickly.
* Work with the Buying and Creative Teams to ensure SKUs move to site with accurate data as quickly as possible. Involvement and training in operational aspects of marketing promotions

| Qualifications: | * High School Diploma required; Bachelor�s Degree preferred.
* 1-2 Years of Sales Experience.
* Negotiation skills, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, utilize industry connections for unique product assortments, and computer proficiency.
* This person must possess a strong ability to prospect, present and close.
* Aggressively goes after business and capitalizes on opportunity. Works efficiently with very little supervision.
